When I selected the Carnation Bouquet, I was expecting to have various colors for the carnations in the bouquet, as shown in the pictures on the menu. However, when it was picked up and delivered, it was an ALL WHITE ARRANGEMENT. My wife received the bouquet and thought that it was a bad omen with all white. I was surprised that there was not an assorted of colors as shown in the pictures. Gifting all white flowers is not seen in a positive light, and I did not specify that this arrangement would be all white or for a specific occasion to where all white flowers are appropriate. I understand that it is nearing the end of the day for orders, however, I would appreciate if the arrangement prepared would match (or even resemble) the image in the menu.
