I usually love Freebirds & actually the bowl was pretty good. What wasn't good were the tortilla chips! They are usually packaged in cellophane bags & so delish & fresh. Today they were in a brown paper bag, very few & tasted old & frankly like styrofoam. Also, the queso had a funky taste. Not a good day for Freebirds!

Ordered two Burritos, a Bowls, and a Kids Meals and was disappointed in all of them. It was mostly rice and very little meat. What meat we got was good but it was totally drowned out by the other bland items. Roasted garlic tasted like lime and was not good. Way too costly for bland food that is mostly rice. Chipotle is much more flavorful

I was first disappointed that on nachos to go that you automatically don't separate the chips. I'll know for future. But the chips they did use are very stale, like I threw them away. I know they can do better.On side note, the chicken was very good.

the burrito i received was the size of my palm. TINY for $30 lol. Paid for extra chicken...maybe got a few small pieces. Very disappointed
