First time in College Station. So wanted to try some place new for food and I chose Freebird. It was a delicious! I ordered the prime rib Burritos , Potatoes 3oz, Chips & Dips and a 20oz Bottled Coke that I will come back to get again!

Been a fan of Freebirds for MANY years, but the last 2 times we've ordered have been terrible. Thought the first time was a "bad night", but second strike confirmed its operations. Ordered 2 burritos each time as well as chips and queso. Queso has changed, but is still okay though the old recipe was better. They provide you approx 10 chips with the order though. Guess you need back up or you drink the remaining melted cheese...
the burritos were 90% rice. We ordered beans, rice, meat, and lots of veggies/add ons. They used to pack in the goodness, it's clear they have jacked up their prices AND the portions of the cheapest, most filling ingredient. There was next to no meat nor beans, and the only veggie we could see or taste was cilantro, no sign of grilled veg, corn, salsa, pico, etc.
Sad that what once was a quick eat we craved is now permanently off the list. I'd recommend saving your money and getting Taco Bell as Freebirds is now on the same playing field...

You pay $5-$7 more for a larger size Burrito, and they are thesame exact size. The labels even state one is a freebird the other is a monster.

My only complaint is that they put the wrong tea in the bag. I ordered Moonshine - Half and Half and I got Mint with honey 🤮🤢
Also, I ordered the jalapeno ranch thinking it would be like Chuy's... and it was not🤣 But I ended up using it to cook some chicken in the crockpot.
