I ordered the Hibachi Chicken and it was fabulous. Chicken breast and veggies and a very generous portion. Definitely a favorite. Their sushi and Gyoza is also wonderful.

all of the food is sogood ! the portion size for the Tonkatsu is HUGE and the katsu sauce is amazing. also love the miso soup of course. the spicy tuna roll was good, and the yellowtail sushi was AMAZING...i love good yellowtail and this was to die for. the only thing that wasnt very good was the california roll; they said it was shredded crab but it was just a chunk of the crab stick. i thought it would be like a crab salad with mayo but it was not, so it was incredibly bland. otherwise, everything else was good!

This is by far my FAVORITE sushi place in all of the Boise area. The quality is very good for the prices. I mostly order online but when I do go and sit down and eat at the location the staff is always friendly! my favorite sushi rolls I'd recommend are definitely the Boise roll and the luck luck roll.

The Sashimi Deluxe is one of my favorite items from here! The texture of the sashimi is so tender and lovely and the flavor, especially with the white tuna is great! The Edamame is a great snack to take to work and the Japanese Takoyaki was delicious! Definitely a must-try place. Good value and quality for the items.

Fujiyama is so generous w/ their sashimi and rolls. The Saashimi Deluxe was more than 1 person could eat, and included 3 pieces each of ahi, salmon, yellowtail., snapper and white tuna so fresh, huge pieces! Their rolls are also huge and filling.. They fill orders very quickly and sushi arrived still cold. Cant say enough about the quality and service at Fujiyama.
