Garibaldi's always delivers great food. The Tostada Del Jardin was huge. A crispy blue corn tostada shell layered with refried beans and stuffed with all kinds of vegetables, including diced onions, strips of nopales (cactus), and peppers. The tostada shell stayed crispy the entire time I was eating it. The Campechanos taco meat was tough and hard to chew.

the Carne Asada Fries didn't hold up to the moisture of the sauce so it ended up being a soggy mess. liked the flavor of the meat though, so I bet the tacos are good!
