• DoorDash orderFast and fresh! The Amber Roll is a delicious combination of flavors. The Mama's Homemade Dumplings have great texture and just enough garlic and ginger. The Wok-Seared Bok Choy seemed steamed not seared, and needed more seasoning.

• DoorDash orderUdon Noodle Soup was not good. Bad tasting fish cake (usually my favorite part of udon soup). The tofu, the main protein, is VERY thin- it's mostly just the fried casing. Overall there isn't much tofu included. Extremely salty.

• DoorDash orderPad Thai was flavorless. Plain translucent raw noodles with no seasoning topped with peanuts and that's literally it. Orange chicken was likewise disappointing. Mushy and on par with frozen reheated stuff.

• DoorDash orderNot a fan of the Exchange Noodle Soup. Very little flavor, what vegetables were included were brown and tasted off. Chicken was a good white meat though. The Thai Spring Rolls could have used a bit more filling, but the flavors were there. This was my second time orderings because I wanted to give them a 2nd change and unfortunately i don't think I'll order again.
