Every time Ive ordered from here theyve forgotten sides. The most recent time they forgot one of my sides, gave me the wrong drink, just dumped everything into the box, and forgot the dipping sauce. its not HUGE issues but each time i order i spend over 40$ and keep getting the WRONG stuff. also the tenders were extremely dry.

This'll be the first time I've ever complained about Golden Chick. Normally their food is always super fresh and warm and they're generous with their servings. This time was quite a disappointment. All the food was stale tasting and lukewarm. The fried okra was hard yet chewy, as well as most of the chicken and the macaroni was mush from being over cooked. Honestly seemed like it all had been left out for 4+ hours and then tossed in the boxes for us. Giving 3 stars only because they at least got every part of the order correct but the quality of food was terrible.

Food was good- we got the 15 pc family meal. It was a late dinner for us, but everything was cooked well & tasted good; missing rolls though, but we prob didn't need it. It's cool that the serendipity seasoning is now sold in a shaker-- price is steep for seasoning $8! So we'll need to put it on everything

this is the 2nd time the gravy was so thin it poured like milk. The extra roll was put on top of the mac n cheese in a bag rather than in with the other food. But mostly disappointed in the watery gravy.
