Meatloaf needed more sauce but had good flavor. Black Eyed peas were amazing! Chicken and Dumplings were okay. not creamy (like Cracker Barrel) and had a strong chicken bullion taste and texture was very much like canned pastry. Fried okra was on point! and although mashed potatoes were very good, they (or the gravy) were extremely salty.

Meatloaf was overcooked. Ordered dark meat Fried Chicken ; got breast and wing. Coating was slighty greasy and the batter was tasteless. Ordered dark meat BBQ Baked Chicken; got a drumstick and breast. Bbq was nothing to write home about. Green beans were farmhouse style -- well cooked canned green beans with bits of ham. Carrots were boiled. Macaroni salad was just okay. Everything was kind of mediocre except the rolls. Won't order from here again, just not not worth the price.
The best part of this order were the yeast rolls. They're about the size of your palm. With the honey butter, they were great.

homeward kitchen was 100x better. the Fried Chicken was bland. the Banana Pudding two or three spoonfuls and Chocolate Chip Cookies (12) are quarter sized frozen dough cookies. definitely a downgrade.

I dont normally leave reviews but this was worth it. Everything came hot, large portions, didn't need salt. Mac and Cheese and Potroast was slammin' and the rolls tastes similar to Golden Corral's which is awesome. Absolutely recommend, pleasantly surpised.
