they always mixed up my drink I'm lactose intolerant and I ordered Brown Sugar Black Tea no where said milk or cream I don't know why I received this with milk ??

All the items were perfectly prepared and great to taste, but the pick-up experience had one gripe. Since one of us is diabetic I was supposed to select one with less or no sugar but mistakenly chose all 6 regular. As such, we reached early before the order was finished and asked if one of the remaining could be adjusted in sugar level. The rep rudely told us, "Not possible too late now," when we could clearly see it was still being made behind them. Then, they told us to fix it online and then asked, "Why do you want to change? Are you diabetic?" Upon our affirmation, they rudely commented,"Me too, so do what I do drink water, don't drink tea." This type of behaviour is crude, rude, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. We weren't asking for anything that required a money adjustment or extra work on their part. It was simple and easily doable and yet was met with hostility and sarcasm. What's more, a denial can be made politely and explained away instead of arguing with crass and rude comments. As I said before, this was my only gripe with the pickup, but it was otherwise perfect.

Took sooo long at the store :( only ordered 3 drinks and it's always longer at this store whether it's delivery or not. I guess because its a one-man shop all the time :( cashier, order taking and making the drinks and crupples plus cleaning only relies on one person :( they should hire another one during peak hours at least.
