Packaged well! the pearls are chewy in the best way and the jelly and tea were not too sweet.

It was just okay, pretty pricey for a small sized drink. Crème brûlée was just foam on top, didn't have the crispness that you'd except. Ordered it half sweet but was still VERY sweet, 50% here is equivalent to 100% or higher at other stores. I'd recommend going a sweetness level or two below what you actually want.

There boba was really good and just the perfect amount of sweetness i like! the Brown Sugar London Fog Cloud was not to milky and not to watery from the ice. honestly really perfect. the QQ Passionfruit Green Tea was super refreshing and delicious and i loved the jellys. Love this place, will be ordering again!

The physical store is filled with young women with occasional attitude you have to ignore. It can get really busy and clustered in the small store, but luckily no one was in there when I picked up my drink, but the girl looked slightly inconvenienced when I went to get my drink.
The drink I got was not that good, it was the Oolong Milk Tea . It kind of smells fishy-ish, and the creamer was kind of chalky. It wasn't entirely bad, but it was my fault for getting oolong instead of the other teas like black.

The order was about an hour late. I didnt receive it in time for my meeting. Also, the order was messed up. Every single milk tea was missing the boba. It seems like the person who made it put the boba in with the passion fruit tea instead, which made it TOOO sweet, and left the milk tea with no sweetness.
The waffles were good tho.
