Amazing bagel and coffee was perfect PLUS The ice wasn't just water. it was coffee as well. I can't give it more stars but I'm going to make this my breakfast choice.

White Mocha 16oza was good.. got a blt.. I think it would be better not to put the mocha in the brown bag .. it steamed the bagels and my bagels seem litttle soft and not the crisp toasted ..feeling

Anytime we order two of the Black Sesame Latte 16oz they come watered down? But if we buy only one, then it comes full flavor. Pretty sure theyre splitting the batch, but it tastes awful watered down. Super dissapointinf as usually the drink is delicious! But this is our third tike having this happen!

The bottom of my bag was soggy and the driver was the one to tell me to be careful. This was the worst packaging I had seen. At least the food was okay and nothing had happened to it. Please do better
