I wish the to go packaging was a a little better, but everything was still warm if not hot when it got here. Fried Okra was still crispy, needed some seasoning or salt, but still good. Baked beans are what you expect, a lil sweet and tangy. Coleslaw had a good amount of dressing which I like, although it's pretty generic slaw. Not bad by any means though. Chicken tendies were nice and juicy with a good crunch.

Probably the best fried chicken we've had. Actually tastes home made and not overly greasy at all. The skin was delicious the chicken was delicious. We got the 3 Piece White Plate and it was ALOT of chicken. The sides were super good too. Highly recommend.

The atmosphere is never welcoming, the customer service needs improvement, the employees are always sitting near the order area, gossiping. They don't seem to care about your presence and don't welcome you when you walk in. They also make it awkward to order. They took 10 minutes to make a 2 Piece Dark Snack . The root beer IBC Float was just a small bowl of vanilla ice cream with a glass bottle of root beer on the side. It doesn't come blended like A&W's. I asked the gentleman at the checkout for condiments and he lied about them being already in my bag, It was only chicken and bread in my bag. No ketchup, no jalapenos, or hot sauce. (Pretty cheap if you ask me.) There aren't enough appetizing side choices on the menu to compliment the chicken. The sides and drinks are cliche. I'll give this place a 3/10. I don't recommend this place.

I initially ordered from here based on the reviews regarding how good the food was. I am so glad I did. The food was hot, seasoned well and addictive. I was mad because I ate it all and wanted more. In fact, I ordered from here again today. I promise you I am not eating fried chicken from KFC, Churches, and any other chicken place because GUS' WAS IT! I ordered the 3 wings with Mac and cheese, baked beans and a side of collards. Everything was perfect.

The chicken was hot and fresh with a beautiful color and flavor! I also had the collard greens which were very delicious! My only suggestion is that I didn't have any pieces of bacon in my greens, so I think more bacon should be added. However, flavors was on point! Chefs kiss!
