The world famous beef noodle soup of Vietnam. Fresh marrow bones, brisket, flank, and steak are simmered overnight with fresh herbs. The result is a rich, clear, aromatic consommé served over rice noodles and garnished with slices of rare or cooked beef, tendon, and tripe. A side plate of bean sprouts, fresh basil, chili pepper, and a lemon wedge accompanies each bowl of soup. A well-balanced meal in itself. Phở is nourishing, tasty, and filling.
