I got a Mild Sandwich Combo & the portion size is GREAT! BIG sandwich, nice side of waffle fries... Side of Mac & Cheese was kinda bland but not too bad but Sandwich was crispy and seasoned beautifully, I'm a foody & will absolutely coming back and trying other menu items.

I feel like every time I get from Joe's the food becomes less and less Waffle Fries are perfect but the Chicken Tenders keep getting smaller and smaller I liked the place originally because it had good proportions for what you pay now I'm thinking less.

There is good potential with the recipes but they're not well executed. The chicken sandwich is actually so enormous that the inner Chicken Sando breast has no flavor except on the edges where there's extra breading. Would greatly benefit from smaller pieces so theres more breading/flavor as well as adding more flavor to the breast itself. The slaw is also one dimensional. Great sauce though. Just get a varied slaw and add a sprinkle of salt and make smaller pieces for the sandwich. The Waffle Fries had potential too. The top couple pieces were crisp and flavorful, but the rest (90% of them) were soggy and flavorless. Also an outrageously large portion. The Oreo Shake was OUTSTANDING in taste and consistency but it's tiny for $9.50. It should be at least double the size. Even for how great it tastes. Lastly they need to work on packaging for delivery. Test different materials so it doesn't show up mushed up and soggy. Overall dont plan to return other than for the milkshake if I feel like spending $10 on a small taste of deliciousness.

Always quick when I go for my off-campus school lunch. Sandwich is good but my pick as of lately has been the loaded Mac and cheese. Fries and sauce are both amazing. Helpful staff and have put multiple of my friends on this place

Leg and Thigh 4pc nicely fried but way over seasoned. Ordered medium and it was so peppery (pure heat, no flavor) and so n salty that I couldn't finish it. No heat Chicken Tenders so over salted. Flavorless Mac - Cheese . Not a good meal.
