I had gotten the Hanoi Style Beef Pho - TWO with a bone marrow..and omg! It was so good!! All of it. The smokiness of the sauce, the tangy nice of the pickled garlic and juicy flavors of the marrow...just mouth watering perfection!

Usually pretty good, but this time the brisket was completely inedible. I felt like I was eating rubber. I had to pick it out from the broth. Disappointing given the price...
