I'm so glad I found my way back to this location because I have been so disappointed with the quality of chicken in the suburbs. The wait times have always been an issue because of the lack of adequate staffing, BUT at least every order makes it worth it now, lol. I ordered an 8 wing, fried HARD with lemon pepper, a large fry and a Tahitian Fruit Punch pop....all sauce is on the side because I like to add it myself so my food isn't too soggy. Let me tell YOU, EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, and that is upon delivery too. NOTHING was soggy. And my last fe deliveries have been great as well. If you are trying to decide which location you want to try, dont count Chicago Heights out anymore!!

Delicious! Hot! Fresh! I ordered an 8-wing dinner, and they followed my instructions - fried hard with mild sauce - perfectly. I also ordered the okra, and it was fresh and properly breaded to golden perfection. Just writing this review is making me want to reorder!

The fish would've been good but taste like the batter had a lot of Cajun seasoning. I don't do well with spicy food. There was nothing on the menu that suggested it was battered with hot seasoning. For the price the pieces were pretty small and mostly batter and not really fish. I managed to eat 2 pieces. The other 3 will probably go in garbage unless my son eats it. Not really worth the money I spent. I could've bought some perch from store and cooked myself for a lot less. Unfortunately won't be ordering from this location anymore unless I go to pick up.

Firstly, I called the store to verify my order, and someone answered the phone and hung up. I asked for extra lemon pepper on everything, and they did not put ANY lemon pepper at all. The fries were dry and old. Also, I paid an extra $2.00 for mild sauce and received no sauce at all. Go to the Homewood location, this location is terrible.
