The sandwich was really good, but I did not get a hashbrown like pictured on their menu. I got tater tots instead. I was really looking forward to a hashbrown patty.

The Chili Crisp & Egg had only HALF a sausage patty, cut into small pieces. It covered only 1/3 of the surface area of the egg. Asked for scrambled, but there was so much unincorporated egg white I could not eat it. The French Toast Sticks was one piece of thin bread cut into 5 strips. They had been pressed almost flat while grilling. Did not come with whipped cream. They get an extra star because they were tasty a came with enough syrup for the amount of toast.

I ordered bacon, paid for bacon, didn't get bacon. Also asked for extra spicy aioli sauce, barely got a normal amount.
This is the third time I've ordered and paid for extras and didn't get it.
Also the quality hasn't gotten worse, had day old Avocados on it, that were surprisingly hard and the egg was over cooked.

Mediocre and misleading. The Crispy Avo & Egg Combo was decent, but there was nothing crispy about the avocado. As other reviews have said, the hash browns were not as pictured, but were cubed potatoes (home fries) and were pretty bland. The "bottled cold brew" was actually an 11oz can of Costco's Kirkland cold brew, which is fine, but definitely not worth $7.

the hash browns were hash browns, they were cold diced season less potato. the cold brew was also not what was pictured, it was a can of Kirkland cold coffee. lastly, both of our sandwiches were absolutely drenched in moist sauce and were disgusting.
