We love Hawaiian Bros! We always get the Classic - Mixed Plate. All of the food is perfectly cooked and seasoned. I especially love the Molokai and my wife loves the Honolulu. If you get the chance to dine in try the soft serve! We are so glad this place exists!

I'm a new customer but will definitely be a regular .
.The meat is slow cooked I believe. as it is very tender and juicy.
None of that processed batter and styrofoam like coatings that similar restaurants use.
So I'm glad I found y'all. ..The portion sizes could be bigger. But in this economy - I'm just glad I can still afford this delicious, comforting and filling food.

Born and raised in Hawaii here.. This food is definitely NOT Hawaiian. The portion size was ridiculously small for the $20 I paid for each Large - Mixed Plate and Large - Honolulu Chicken, even bought extra meat for each plate and they gave it in a big bowl with small portion inside. The taste of the chicken was ok, but the Mac and rice...i don't even know what that was. Even the Spam Musubi was underwhelming geez. The rice ratio was equivalent to the slice of spam lol

The Large - Molokai Chicken is so delicious and flavorful. I always get extra pineapples because they're so sweet and juicy. I get a Side White Rice for my leftovers and I love the way the macaroni salad goes well with it all, it adds a nice creamy flavor profile .

The meat was well cooked and fresh despite being near their closing time. The mac salad is so thick and creamy that it feels almost like mac & cheese with just enough s/p/g to almost be addicting.
I have a very high heat tolerance so, while the Kilauea chicken was very juicy and tasty, it was at best a low medium regarding the spice level. But, if you're not a chile head, the mac also serves as a great way to cook down your mouth if the Kilauea chicken gets spicy for you.
The pig was not quite as tender as I have had before from other places, but it was not bad. A touch fatty as it should be with a decent roasted flavor.

(had the pig been more tender or the chicken actually more spicy, it would have been a full 4 to 4.25. a 3.75 is still a very good score. too many people give out 5s and conversely too many 1s imo)
