The Club Salad is LIFE-CHANGING. It is always delicious and such great bang for your buck. Burgers are also amazing and great value. Get the side of Ranch to take the burgers and fries to the next level.

We ordered the double cheeseburger with bacon + avocado, extra lettuce & extra pickles on the side. Althogh the bacon was missing it was still sooo tasty + AMAZING! They stacked it with lettuce plus threw in a tray of extra on the side. They also provided a side tray of pickles!! Great service.

The Double Cheeseburger was delicious and fresh, it exceeded my expectations. The extra crispy French Fries are 100% recommended. The attention of the staff at the 411 Columbus Av. store in SF was first class! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Double Cheeseburger was great, very delicious and juicy. Garlic Fries were not great however, soggy and saltless. Big portions though.

it was ok, I guess. I thought the patties were going to be more smash patties, but were on the thicker side. This ended up making them smashed enough to be super dense in not a great way. The bread was kind of hard and the tomato slice was half an inch thick. There were ten full rounds of raw onion stacked on top.
I just don't trust a burger joint that thinks any of this is ok but I could see where the burger could be good if say the tomato was sliced waaaaaay thinner and there wasnt an entire onion perched on top. Those patties need to be thinner too, or just make a less compacted thickburger .
