this food is always good I always call asked for my food to be made different and they do it every time it is cooked to Perfection season to perfection 10 times better than Saunders and any other soul food place in New Haven for that matter

In terms of food... the quality, the portions and the flavor was 10/10. The fish was fresh, flavorful and cooked perfectly and their chopped bbq was fire. The pasta in the rasta pasta was overcooked and mushy but the steak was tasty. However, not only did it take forever to be made they also forgot two sides. Evidently their customer service needs some work. Would I recommend? Sure, but to dine-in, NOT for delivery.

Best BBQ place I've found in my area.. the Chopped BBQ has some of the best pulled pork I've ever tasted. The sauce is practically invisible, but it's IN THERE. It's mindblowing how good that meat was. Sides were perfect as well.
