CREAMY Ramen (Vegan) 🍜 is my absolute favorite & has been for years. Wish they would open up a spot in the East Bay. I took it for take out & couldn't eat until an hour later when I got home. Reheated it and still tasted delicious & fresh. Truly not another ramen place like Hinodeya 🙏✨ Staff were helpful & friendly upon pick up. Food was prepared quickly without jeopardizing the flavor & freshness of the ramen. With vegan ramen, most places just use a bland veggie stick or water miso broth. The shitake dashi creamy both is packed with flavor. I usually save some from my order so I can throw into some instant noodles the next day. Often veggie ramen at other places only has mushrooms, corn, & bamboo shoots. I love that they add yummy greens, some squash, & I'm not sure exactly what the protein is exactly thinking it is some type of tofu but the way it's prepared is delicious & I crave it.🤭Always recommend.

Overpriced. Waay too salty. —both chicken and ramen.
I literally cul only eat a few. Ute’s of each. At $35 an expensive lesson, though your mileage may vary and you like reallly salty food, Ibdin’t,

Good flavor and solid ramen spot for SPICY MISO Ramen , but I paid $4 to add chicken and $1.50 to make it spicy and I got 2 tiny pieces of boiled chicken and it was barely spicy. I get there's inflation, but that's a little ridiculous.

Really enjoyed the Hinodeya Ramen - noodles were cooked perfectly (not mushy) and the broth at "level 1" spice had just the right amount of kick. Our order was also expertly packed with the broth separate from noodles and other ingredients.

Beef Donburi "Gyudon" �was good. Id get again, it was on the less salty side of things. Could have used more beef. I got late night eats past midnight and got to my house in 30 minutes!
