Got the Spicy Miso Ramen at a level 1 with yu choy, it comes with more than enough for two servings. They send the broth separate from the noodles so it stores really well as leftovers as well. Amazing flavor, and perfect mild spice at this level.

Hokkaido is a win every time! They go above and beyond from their high quality delicious food to the careful preparation and packaging to their fast and friendly service with both pickup and delivery orders. We order again and again, and it's always fantastic! Our favorites are the Garlic Tonkatsu Ramen, the Salmon Misoyaki, the Shenron Roll, and the Taro Boba drinks

Everything I've ever gotten from this restaurant has been amazing. This time, I ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen and it was delicious as usual. I loved how they packaged it this time too, with everything separate from the soup until I received the order and put it together.

The Garlic Tonkotsu Ramen was awesome! Love after first bite!
I ordered the Bozeman roll because it ranked as a favorite. Now I know why! The subtle crunch from being deep fried, the sweet sauce drizzled over the top.. whew! I could eat another.
I'm a sucker for a Wakame Salad, this did not disappoint either.
I will definitely be making this a regular spot for sure.
