Always nice and hot, recently been getting the home fries, well seasoned and crispy! They go well with any bagel or sandwich or even by themselves! Best bagel shop

Doesn't toast the bagels unless you tell them to. I've never been to another bagel shop that doesnt automatically toast a cream cheese bagel. Every time without fail, hot bagels has not toasted my bagel.

Not great. Taylor ham was black. No eggs on one sandwich. Inconsistency is the worst quality for a restaurant.

Everything tastes great, like always. This time though, for the items that were asked to be on a roll came on plain bagels. It's probably because I ordered late in the day (around 12:30p), but still tasted great even though it was a little more difficult to eat.

Ordered three bagels and requested butter on the side for each. All three bagels came buttered and nothing was on the side. They are getting an extra star because they called about a type of bagel being out so I could select a replacement and bagels are not bad.
