Every time I order from this place, it's always hella good. Birria Quesadilla is cheesy/well seasoned, Guacamole is fresh, consome is always fye, & the Jamaica is always fye. Best Birria in Long Beach.

The Cheesy Birria Tacos go so hard this place is mandatory when I come to LBC. Churro Cheesecake is fire. Pineapple Juice is fresh and good size. You can't go wrong here.

The Cheese quesadilla was good, although I noted an unusual fluffiness to the cheese indicative of air introduction or emulsifying agents. The guacamole that came with it was fresh and tasty. The Birria Ramen was generous with meat but the flavor balance was off. I think the salt and zest is over concentrated and should be diluted. My advice to diners, drain 20% of the broth and add water. Mix well.

Used to be better and less salty. You get a lot of meat and noodle. I like the birria sauce isaved it and marinated other meat. Gauc was pricey but I got 5 off dash pass so I got it and it was good

I ordered a wet burrito yesterday for the first time from here, and it was the worst wet burrito I have ever had. The asada was black, hard, and inedible and the burrito was extremely dry. This nurse, will never order from here again. They should be ashamed for even sending their food out like that. Btw- the chips were the best part and I only received a total of six of them.
