Loved all of it ! Full of flavor not too heavy on the spice. Oxtail portion for a large order did not meet expectations however the flavor was amazing! Oxtails were cooked well and tender Plantains are additive, should have order 2. Rice and Peas were amazing! Mac and Cheese was cheesy and creamy did not need to add anything else to it. Oh and the Sorrel, whew chef kiss!!!

Saw this chef on Food network, happened to be in town so I had to try it! Small Drum Pan Jerk Chicken was cooked perfectly, super delicious, could use a little more spice for me. Island Oxtail Taco came with 3 tacos, also very good. Had house salad and Mac salad as sides, both were a little sweet for my palette. Overall would order again!

I thought the food overall was very tasty. The macaroni and cheese was dry, but flavorful in spots. Same with the rice and peas. Oxtail was tender and had lots of flavor as were the cranberry jerk chicken wings. The pineapple carrot cake was a little on the dry side, but it was still pretty good. It tasted like it was made in-house and arrived warm. I appreciated it being made with more flavorful ingredients and not hidden with a lot of sugar like other places. I really enjoyed the beef patty with its flaky crust that also had a lot of flavor. Everything was packed well and arrived hot.

We saw House of Dutch Pot on Guy Fieris Triple D. The food looked so good they we made it a point to order from there just for the jerk and Escovitch Fish. Both were seasoned so good. My gawd the flavors. Our 2nd order wasnt as good. The sides were a lil dry but I understand it was an hr before closing so we got what was left in the Dutch Pot:). Next time we'll try to actually go to the restaujr. I feel the food will be better. Back to our first order, FLAMESSS!! We left nothing!! Can't wait to return in Sept. Can we have fresh rice & peas? Oh! The Loaded Oxtail Fries clears all appetizers. Man I've just made myself hungry! The Escovitch Fish was so big it had to be folded to fit in the container. The Codfish Fritters were a lil salty to me. Just a tanch. Ginger beer always hit

This plate was so GOOD yall. The Small Oxtail plate was just enough to fill me up and I had leftovers. Don't get me started on the sweet potato fries! They weren't greasy which I liked and complimented the oxtails perfectly would order again for sure.
