A good portion of brisket mixed between moist and lean cuts. Mac and cheese was flavorful and spiral noodles. Not sure if its baked but cheese was rich and thick. Humo corn was authentic and seasoned well.

I usually get an entire rack of ribs. ( love them) I decided to get the 2 meats. There wasnt a roll, the 3 ribs had no meat. As you can see by the picture... It wasn't worth $25.

not necessarily traditional bbq but they hit it out of this world! brisket- peppery bark, insane marbling looked like wagyu. burnt ends- tender, but crispy outside. threw me off in a good way, fantastic flavor. pulled pork- standard pulled pork, solid fosho. Just please sauce a brotha up the next time I order MULTIPLE meats and we are golden. spicy sauce was KILLER

I got the 2 meat plate w/Brisket and the best ribs ever! They were just bursting with smokyness. We got the elote side which was very tasty and some really yummy beans which added a great depth of flavor. Also tried the Humo Chopped Bowl, very light and savory. I would definitely recommend!

Quesadilla Bowl salad was light on the chicken got way more the time before. Burnt ends were good, but should have been left plain with sauce on the side as an option for it on the menu. The Hatch Chile Mac and Cheese wasn't as good as before seemed kinda dried out and no Hatch Chile flavor.
