Best place in Cleveland for sushi and milk tea! The staff is amazingly warm and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious.

Ice or Rice has the best Tuna Onigiri and Salmon Onigiri in the city and I am 100% convinced of that. The Peach Bubble Tea was also delicious and nice on a warm spring day in Ohio!

The Golden Tempura Roll is SOOO good, highly recommend!! also recommend the Summer Blossom Herbal Bubble Tea, sweet and a little tart, perfect refreshing drink! my order was ready early, and the staff was very nice! I highly recommend ice or rice!!
