Everything was packaged well. The onion rings are huge (already ate some before took photo) very happy with our meal.

Why would someone send out a shake that goes 4 inches over the top of the cup without a lid? It showed up and the drink holder was full of melted icecream. And they didn't include any of the sauce that I paid extra money for.

One of our burgers was burnt, as well as the bun, and onion rings. Our shakes both were not mixed well at all, the flavors were at the bottom of the shakes and we didn't get any sauces at all. I spent $48+ for two combo meals, and half of our order was inedible.

We ordered a chicken dinner with several sauces, which we paid for, and a rocky road ice cream. We got 4 chicken strips but only 2 could actually count as strips and some almost burnt tater tots. The rocky road is just a cup of chocolate ice cream with an oreo crushed on top. I've had their rocky road before and this isn't it. We didn't receive any of the sauces. I paid $35 for burnt tots, a couple pieces of chicken and a cup of chocolate ice cream? Won't be dashing Iceberg again.

The Chicken Dinner Combo was disappointing. The chicken strips are more bread than chicken. It tasted like the oil was old. We got zucchini fries. They are too big of strips and not any flavoring in the breading or on the zucchini. As always the shakes are amazing.
