Everything is extremem fresh and looks and tastes better than I even hoped for!! Thank you so much for making this such an enjoyable meal. Portions are the same you would get in restaurant, and they made everything up so nicely, from the entree, to the soup, and salad. Put a couple extra yum yum in there for me too!! Very pleased!

The sushi rolls, Rising Sun Roll Sunrise Roll both only had five pieces instead of the normal seven to eight at other places. Also, the spring rolls, Harumaki were about half the size of normal. spring rolls. Tasted good, just pricey for what actually got.

The Crabcheese Rangoon(4pcs) were burnt, cold and half the size of Rangoons you would get from any other Chinese/Japanese restaurant. Not impressed by them. The Hibachi Steak & Chicken does come with a side of noodles as well as rice, clear soup & a small salad. however, the salad was literally just a handful of iceberg lettuce and 1 tiny, very thinly sliced piece of tomato. the clear soup was just ok, a bit salty for my taste. the Hibachi Steak & Chicken had good flavor and was cooked correctly (ordered medium rare steak and it was correct). the yum yum sauce was okay, but definitely not as good as many other places. everything I ordered was in the bag, including extra sauces & utensils. I also ordered an extra Clear Soup as I didn't know the Hibachi came with soup & salad, the listing does not specify this. All in all, the food was good and I was satisfied with my order.

I ordered the Steak Fried Rice and Shrimp. The rice is good but like most restaurants Ichiban DOSENT give alot of meat in their rice. So I ordered a side of shrimps and to my surprise I only got 6 shrimps which they charged me $11 for. I also asked for soy sauce and DID NOT GET that either. Not worth it.
