The food from Iron Ramen is always delicious! We got the R1. Iron Tonkotsu R1. Iron Tonkotsu Ramen and D4. Kara-age Don. The broth is packed separately so nothing gets soggy. I wish the chashu was a little thicker, but I can't really complain. The kara-age is perfectly crispy and fried in fresh oil. The portion sizes are huge.

The R1. Iron Tonkotsu Ramen was super tasty, my only complaint is that the chashu was SUPER thin cut so you don't get much of it. I added tofu as well which added a nice texture.

the best ramen place the delivers with door dash and right up there with a favorite of mine called slurp ramen in port Jefferson.
