• DoorDash orderThe platters were sooo good and seasoned to perfection!!! Nice portons. The Stewed chicken special and the Curried Chicken Roti the flavor is on point, hands down 5 stars in regard to flavor. The only negative issue (but not so negative) I would have to say wouldbe that I would have preferred chicken pieces in the roti to not have the bones, lol. I was enjoying it so much when I went to bite down, I bit into a large bone. So had to remove the bones. Overall, hands down a must try. I will be ordering again. They were sold out of the Pound Cake but did offer me a coconut as replacement. The coconut cake is pretty good also.

• DoorDash orderThe Medium Oxtail was an ok size for the price. The oxtail was flavorful but it was a tad bit too tough. The veggies were crispy, flavorful and fresh and not mushy.
They don't offer a way to select the flavor drink so I wrote in the notes "pineapple or cream soda" and they sent Ginger beer which I hate.

• DoorDash orderThis was my first time ordering from Island Spot and to be honest I was scared. It's the fourth Caribbean restaurant I've tried and I was worried because of past experiences.
The way the carefully wapped the food was impressive. I have not seen that. The mixed steamed veggies were not soggy but crunchy and flavorful. The Medium Curried Chicken was a nice portionfor the price and very good. The rice and peas was fresh and wasn't dry or soggy, just right.
Although they delivered quicker than the estimated 30 mins, the food was a bit cold. I was also unable to choose between white rice or rice and peas, which I found odd.

• DoorDash orderThe Stewed chicken specials very delicious and tasty. The meat was juicy and they put lots of rice & beans with the veg.
The Ritz Crackers was so tiny and the Oreo wasn't bad.
The Red Velvet Cake was soo good and it was soft.
