I paid $15 for what you see in the picture, took over an hour, they didnt give me my shake that I paid extra for, open bag with nothing but some stale fries and that "burger". Absolutely terrible

This was my first time getting breakfast from here and they did poorly. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but the breakfast sandwich was thrown together and the food tasted like it was put in a microwave 🤢

Whoever made my Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo needs a raise! It was sooo great. I damn near ate it in one bite. The best I ever had it. Kudos to them!

The sandwich was good but it took 30 minutes for them to make a sandwich. It's a fast food place it should never take that long.
