Jack makes the BEST shakes!!!! I've had the Strawberry,, the Chocolate and the Vanilla... But, the one that they don't carry anymore was the best tasting shake ever, anywhere!!! I think that's why it's not around anymore. Everyone loved it! Their Blackberry Shake!!!!!! Does anyone else remember?

The food was great! But I ordered Buttermilk Ranch to go with the Onion Rings for each order plus an extra one and one Frank's Red Hot Sauce. We only got two Buttermilk Ranch! That was it! We really like two Ranch per order of Onion Rings. And we had two orders of Onion Rings. Sadly disappointed!!! Other than that the Large Classic Smashed Jack™ Combo and the Large Double Jack® Combo were great!!!

Hamburger was great but the curly fries were burnt and crusty never had bad curly fries from this jacks have been going there for years. Maybe not cook it so long or change the oil in there fryers. Other than that good is always awesome.

the egg in the croissant was bland, the pancakes weren't that good either and the bag was ripped and open which made me uncomfortable

My food was cold, when I open the box it looks like a mess. My hamburger was crusty, cold and the chicken did not tasted good. I'm disappointed with my order.
