Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo was not good. ended up throwing everything away except for fries. understand good needs reheated typically. Nothing tasted good. no dips included as requested. 2 desserts are in fridge. since prepackaged I doubt those are ruined

I love love love Jack in the box, but the last three times I've ordered the Milk Tea w/ Boba, I've gotten the ice coffee boba. It's too expensive not to drink, but I ordered at 1am. I don't want a coffee.

Every time we order from Jack in the Box, they get the order wrong! The last time, we spent $60 and they didn't include the tacos that we paid for. This particular JIB needs to step up their game.

Waited over an hour for the food, it was so gross. Not even edible, the fries were covered in black stuff from old grease and freezing cold. The Chicken Fajita Pita did not have the extra veggies I ordered nor was it warmed. It was a small amount of shredded cheese with whole tomato and a few pieces of lettuce inside a pita so stale it broke like a chip when I bit into it.. no condiments everything tasted old and stale.. if you cant serve fresh food at the end of the night dont stay open late. Whoever packaged this food and felt okay with it needs to get out of the food service industry
