So, as usual the deserts and sodas from Jack's are high quality and well worth the price (which I think is also fair). For these new wraps however...
they are defintely delicious, a little small but I feel they are still filling. I prefer the Classic Crispy Jack Wrap because the Classic Grilled Jack Wrap one kinda of is all jammed in there, while atleast the crispy is just one tender strip and so it's easier to hold.
one thing to keep in mind, and why I marked 4 stars. it is not on the employees who made this, it is for the design team that came up with it. it is MESSY.
If you decidel to select extra ranch like I did, be prepared for a mushy overload of it. I highly recommend just letting it have a normal amount of ranch (which I will try next time), or go without it entirely.
other than the mess, the ingredients themselves are good. nice to have a Wrap style treat in a to go package available again, and I'd say Jack's has got a good variation of it so far.

Driver was prompt and polite. He is the only reason the review is higher than one star. Because of him, food did arrive here.
The order itself was incorrect, tepid, and missing items. What we did receive was flaccid and a let down.
Popcorn chicken was comprised of large chunks of fried breading and little actual chicken. The sausage croissants appeared to have been made a longtime before and were flattened to the height of a pancake, despite coming in a box to prevent exactly that. There were none of the three sauces we ordered, and my meal didn't have my curly fries.
My husband's food was beautiful and fresh. I was jealous and sad and went to bed hungry, which sucked at 3 am when you have few options.

my sauce selections and fries never arrived (unless I miss read, this is supposed to come with curly AND normal French fries)
however, the food that arrived was hot, delicious, and overall packaged very well. shout-out to the crew and my dasher this evening, they all worked to make it a great night. appreciate it very much

Gave me the wrong dipping sauces, and wrong drink. My curly fries were only half full of curly fries and the rest was normal fries. Not impressed with my 5 dollar refund despite spending 50 bucks on food
