It's like a hit or a miss. One time I got tenders that were smaller than usual. I also ordered extra cherry for my Oreo milkshake and got none. I ordered this munchie meal deal with two taco and I received no lettuce in them. But I enjoy their food.

The last time I ordered from this store I waited for almost 3 hours & about 5 dashers got confused because they would go to the store only to be told my order was already picked up. I am not sure if it was the store's fault but all the dashers were in contact with me confused as well. Then today, my order should of had 2 large reg. fries but I ended up only getting 1 curly fries instead. I love me some Jacks but I always end up hangry when ordering there. :(
