The sausage biscuit wasn't as good to me. The biscuit wasn't as buttery as it has been. They had a great buttery biscuit but now it's like a plain almost buttered biscuit. The Freshly Brewed Tea was FANTABULOUS. That was Southern sweet tea for real. It ain't broken so please don't try and fix it

They used to put mayo on the fBig Breakfast Sandwich but this time they didn't and it wasn't as good without it. If possible please put mayo back on it. Thanks.

ordered the big Jack checked the option for extra onions and pickles. did NOT ask for anything to be removed-lettuce, tomatoes, cheese. mustard, ketsup, mayo none of that to be removed. when my order arrived, only onion and pickles. fries were limp and too salty to eat. Will not be ordering from Jacks for a long, long time. maybe they can get it together.
