The food was absolutely incredible. The fried pork was phenomenal. Crispy on the outside, fall-apart tender on the inside. The slaw is tangy and spicy, yet delicious. The goat is tender and not at all gamey. Portions are generous too.

The food is not as good as it used to be. Ive been eating here for awhile. The white rice didnt seem fresh. The chicken and oxtails didnt have flavor. The pikliz was totally different and not tasty as usual. I will still support a black owned business. Oxtails are too expensive to be so nasty. They were tender though.

The food is ok. The prices, not at all. Overpriced. You get the exact same amount of food (stewed/fried chicken) at Carribbean Union for $12. At one point the Stewed Chicken did not come with rice and DoorDash! Mind you, the fried chicken did and it's one step from being stewed. I love local businesses but not when they're overtly greedy with their pricing.
