Best burgers we have had in quite a while! Better than 5 Guys, Whataburger, Mc Donald's, Tip Top, and Smash Burgers. We LOVE burgers and this is the first time I purchased anything from JCI Grill and I will be purchasing my burgers from there from now on as long as the food is so Delicious.

The hot dogs was overcooked and too much on the rolls that made the buns too soggy and fell apart when I tried picking them up. the onion rings was just right, frozen lemonade was very good, I order from Coney Island often, this is my first complaint

For the first time, I was disappointed with JCI. The onion rings were so stale that they were unchewable. The fries and tots were cold and hard. The hot dogs were hot, but the buns were stale and hard like they had been microwaved.

Worst food I have ever tasted! The chili used had a strange taste and mealy texture. The hot dog bun was stale on the cheese coney. Unfortunately in situations like this, you have no recourse for a refund. This is not the James Coney Island I remember. RIP. :(

The worstJCI ihave ever had the hot dog tasted old and the chili was bad. I ate 1/2 of 1 hot dog and threw the rest of the meal in the trash. The only thing edible was the bun itself. I love JCI but these were BAD
