This is the best cheese steak in the Phoenix area. You'd have to travel to Philly and get one Geno's and one Pat's to get the best of the best made the original way the sandwich was created using cheese wiz and beef sliced thin enough to see through and, and well, f'gettaboutit, ya ain't gonna do that right now. So, f'gettabout the imitators all over trying to be Geno's or Pat's here in the Valley and hit up Jersey Mike's for the #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak!! It's fantastic! The beef is sliced thin enough to read this review through, it's cooked perfect, not dry and tough like some places, they use a white cheese and let the hot beef do the melting. Ya get'cher sliced grilled peppers and onions on there so the fresh bread will soak up any juices and ya gotch'er perfect sandwich way out here in the Soutwes'! It's not an imitation and it don't try to be 'cause it's an original baby, it's it's own sandwich and the only one like it around these 117° Summer Day parts. Now, don't get me started on why it's gotta Hawaiian name, 'cause a lotta people pass it by just'causa that... they see that name and think it's gotta be pineapple and Spam (no, not da email kind)! So, yo, Jersey Mike! Change the name on this sandwich already so people know it's your own special cheese steak and it's better as anyone's gonna find anywhere, eva! In fact, I'm gonna give ya a name right now and if ya use it then all ya gotta do is give me a free super large sandwich a week for life...do we have a deal? Well, if ya use it, I'm gonna say you agreed to the deal so here ya go, the new name of this fantastic sandwich is: "THE BIG SCUFFED ENUF"! It's the perfect name a hundred different ways, f'gettaboutit! The next time the one and only Danny D is doing a commercial for ya, just have him he get on the horn to the top dog Jersey Mike and have Danny D tell him about our deal, it'll be great! Jersey Mike's wins all the time, and I win once a week, and most importantly you've got a signature cheese steak with a signature name "THE SCUFFED ENUF" for the regular size and "THE BIG SCUFFED ENUF" for the super sized one. Last but not least, you'll be selling 50 times the amount you sell now 'cause nobody's gonna pass up on the Signature Cheese Steak called "THE BIG SCUFFED ENUF" like they're passing every day on the Pineapple and Spam sandwich, The #56 Big Kahuna Cheese Steak which just prices my point right there in your own menu name where you have to tell them it's a cheese steak! I guarantee you every day there's a lot of people who see that name and even though it says cheese steak, they're thinking it's Spam steak and Pineapple.
