• DoorDash reviewI had an order that was incorrect but i didnt notice it until i got back home. I called and they said the next time i came in they would remake it.
It was a week later and when i went in they wanted to know who i spoke with and they didnt have any record or name. The person i spoke with did not ask my name, we just diacussed the difference between my order and what i had when i went back home.
I just rreturned to show them my order on my phone and get a replacement. The person i spoke to said he was the manager and did not honor the mistake becaus no one left a note of the call or mistake. Very poor customer service on behalf of that manager. This occurred at the location in the Target plaza on Palm Desert.i won't be going back.
