Feedback: One complaint is I was expecting whole wheat baguette, and got sliced sandwich bread instead. That made the $10 price for what I thought was a sub, become $10 for a regular sized sandwich. I'm new to Jimmy John's so maybe its my fault but the photo shows a sub.
Also... the order remained in the "being prepared stage" online for about an hour. Because it was New Years I had an additional $10 tip (to add to the 10 already charged). When I went outside at the "delivery time" I noticed the bag had already been delivered. If the driver knocked, I did not hear it.
Upon opening the bag I was very disappointed to see the sliced bread sandwiches (and not subs). However they were DELICIOUS.
So you get 5 stars anyway!!

Food is and was dependably great, as always. One item I think worth mentioning is that if you choose "wheat" as your bread choice, you will get sliced wheat sandwich bread... not wheat sub bread. And a Cubano is just not the same on flimsy sliced sandwich bread.

we ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 pickles and didn't get our pickles. the sandwiches were good though.
