I ordered the Nashville Hot Waffle and it did not disappoint! The chicken was crispy, flavorful but not too hot. I did get the peach marmalade on the side and it appears there wasnt really any syrup on it so I added my own. This was incredible and hands on the best item I've gotten from jojo's.

embarrassingly small amount of toppings for the $7 Barrio Fries , which came out flaccid and flavorless. the Nashville Hot Waffle barely had any spread and came with no syrup. Not really worth the high price

I ordered 2 biscuits & gravy meal. While the biscuits were great, I got a very small amount of gravy. It's advertised as sausage gravy & there's no sausage. French toast sticks are bland. No syrup delivered. Big container of some frozen frosting or something. Very disappointing.

The food taste alright, but the portions are pretty bad. Double Smash Burger was slightly larger than a BK double. Subbed in the salad, and was an extra $3 for about 5 bites of salad.
Ordered biscuits and gravy, with 2 biscuits, and got a less than full 2oz condiment container of gravy.
Saucy Nugs were pretty good, not extra processed chicken nuggets, but actual chunks of breaded chicken.
Fries aren't great. Taste homemade without proper technique of soaking out starch and double frying.

chicken fried steakvery thin cut, shoulda been a sandwich. gravy was watery but mashed potatoes tasted freshly made
Beef Shady Philly flavor was excellent, the roll was squishy wet. French fries were limp and damp from being packaged in with the sandwich. I doapprovery of the paper containers.
