Brought to you by James Beard award-winning chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, Jon & Vinny’s has been cooking up Italian-American comfort food since 2015.
Writing this in hopes they see it. Ordered for the first time ever. I was talking about how much I was craving polenta and two minutes later this restaurant appeared on my Instagram. The polenta itself tasted great. The marsala however, was super salty and spicy. I wish I hadn't poured the entire to-go container into my plate and tasted the sauce beforehand. The saltiness and spiciness of it completely took over the polenta flavor. I love a well seasoned dish and some spicy to it, but it was entirely too much. Will order again hoping it gets modified. The beef polenta did not have this issue and husband says it was great. He also was not able to finish off the marsala polenta because of how salty and spicy it was though.

The lemone pasta was way under cooked and the port was tiny.
Also The first dasher appeared to get lost so an hour or so later a new dasher was dispatched. Once the new dasher was on route they were timely.

Food arrived spilled all over. Definitely there is room for improvement in the packaging. I've ordered pastas from other restaurants and usually the packaging is way better. It allows meals to stay fresh and travels well.

All three items I ordered were incredibly delicious, our only complaint was that the portions were terribly small for the cost of the order ($91), sadly I dont think ill be ordering from Jon & Vinnys again
