Side of Grits were nothing but water. Side of Egg was salty. I was given ONE jelly, no butter or sugar for my Watery grits. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry, but they need to do better. The bacon was old and dried out, and the tots tasted like old grease. I will not order from here again.

The fries and burgers are great but the beans are so spicy I couldn't eat them at all. Please cut down on the spices. They used to be good but now they are next level spicy!

Fried Green Tomatoes were not cooked differently this time. They were covered in extremely thick batter. You had to take a few bites of batter before getting to the tomatoes. Usually these are my favorite

Main reason i come is for the French Fries.
After 4 tries, via drive thru, walk in, call in, and door dash.... ive never had the fries done the right Jucys way rench Fries at this location are normally either 3/4ths of the container of French Fries is burned or so hard my dog cant even crunch it, Or a 1/4th of the frys will be undercooked, or they are almost cold cold.
I love juicys so I dh still ate the fries, so icouldnt get a refund which is fine, no 5 stars for you this time. Hope the store in gilmer can get the fry situation solved.
