The Chicken Karaage is probably the best chicken I've ever had. Get this with some egg Egg Roll(2pcs) and Spring Rolls and the salmon skin salad and you've got lunch for a couple of days! If you want to stretch it even further, get the mini fried noodles for $4, the portion size is amazing. This is the reason why this is my favorite restaurant in Lincoln

I got the miso soup and it tasted way too much like seaweed and was gross. the cucumber salad had HUGE slices of cucumber. thw spring rolls can with no sauce, and we're so small! I would rather spend more money to get better quality that get food from here again.

The Sushi was good and pretty tasty. The steak fried rice was dry, chewy and almost inedible. Definitely dissappointed for the price point of almost 20 dollars... The fried Cheesecake was also delicious. Definitely recommend.

So this was an order for mixed company, my daughter and I like straight up sashimi and the other two individuals refuse to eat raw fish. That's fine because Kasumi has many other offerings for people who aren't into true sushi/sashimi.
We ordered the chirashi donburi, fried chicken, fried shrimp, and fried crab mushrooms. The sashimi (chirashi) was good and fresh, came with enough shoyu and ginger although we would have liked about double the wasabi but I'm a wasabi freak so no big deal. All of the fried items were tasty but the shrimp was a bit overdone, not enough to taste poorly but enough to be noticeable by look and taste.
Outside of that, the one only other reason this place doesn't get five stars is because they forgot ALL of our dipping sauces for ALL of the fried stuff. Pretty aggravating. Oh, and they put the sashimi and the fried stuff in the same bag so the sashimi was warm which is not exactly optimal. Made and delivered quickly though.

Absolutely satisfied my salmon craving! The vegetables were perfectly cooked as well and it was piping hot when I picked it up. I'll definitely be ordering again.
