I have to say in this case KFC gets it right. The tenders appear not to be the chicken tenderloin which contains an undesirable and unchewable tendon running through much of it, but a slice of chicken breast coated with the famous recipe seasoning.
The only guidance I could give would be to find a way to make the coating of seasoning thicker.
Otherwise, this is an excellent product, and I would definitely recommend.
In my book this is a big win for KFC.

A lot of burned bits in the mac and cheese and the gravy for the mashed potatoes, and the biscuits were l smashed into the bucket of chicken. The food tasted old, like someone had forgotten an order and ours showed up after and matched close enough to give it to us :(

• DoorDash orderNormally have no issues with them but this time around gave one less piece of chicken in the 3 piece box as well as the chicken being dried out like it had sat around forever, with hardly any breading on it and mostly bone, was frustrating to say the least. Overcooked corn as well. the only thing i could eat and enjoy was the mashed potatoes and gravy and the mac and cheese.

Dear KFC Customer Service,
I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed after a long hiatus from visiting your restaurants. I had high hopes for an enjoyable meal, having ordered the extra crispy chicken, but was informed that it was unavailable. Instead, I received chicken that was far from meeting the ‘extra crispy’ expectation; it was noticeably wet and lacked the appealing texture and presentation that one would anticipate.
Furthermore, upon spending $85, which included a tip for the driver, I expected a quality that justified the price. Unfortunately, the meal fell short of justifying the cost, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. The bottom of the chicken bucket was left with residual grease and bits, which was an unpleasant sight and not in line with the high standards I believe KFC strives to maintain.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe there is significant room for improvement in ensuring that future customers receive the quality and service that KFC is known for. A gesture of goodwill or a refund would be appreciated and would go a long way in restoring my faith in your brand.
