We got coleslaw as a side instead of the fries we ordered, our chicken was burnt (dark brown not the usual golden color and tasted gross) the coleslaw tasted weird and for the amount of food we got 50 something dollars was way too much to spend.

Missing 5 pc. Tenders Big Box Missing 3 pc. Tenders Combo Fries were cold and soggy Chicken that we did recieve tasted like it was cooked 6 times over. Horrible food experience and would give a rating of zero if available.

I thought the chicken and the biscuits tasted like they had been sitting around for a few hours. The chicken skin was very greasy and tasted weird and the biscuits were hard. Also really wanted a chocolate chip cake but not available to order on the Door Dash app. The coke slaw was great, as usual. I can't speak for the other food because it was not for me.

I usually like KFC but I was disappointed with the chicken it was over cooked and tasted like it was old.I ordered 2 breasts and a wing and got a breast wing and thigh. I ordered extra biscuits and they weren't included . When your paying over $50 for an order, you expect it to be right!
