Sliced Beef with Cashew Nuts & Vegetable
There is more vegetables than beef and the whole dish was swimming in watery sauce.
Looked nothing like the picture advertised.
Broken rice was too fatty as the pork chop fat rind layer was very thick.

A few pieces of dried out chicken, cold in an oily bag. Not as pictured. Rice paper rolls were placed in the same bag and were inedible. Lack of flavour and miniscule pieces of filling loaded with noodles. Rice paper broke when trying to get out of the container. Super disappointed.

The Sliced Beef & Beef Balls Pho is absolutely delicious, huge portion (I had to eat it out of a mixing bowl) and delivered piping hot, all what I'd expect from a good Pho.
Good quality ingredients, rich and flavourful broth and sauces, perfect balance of light sweetness, bright saltiness and rich umami, delicious from the first bite to the last.
Highly anticipating ordering from here again.
