I ordered the Omakase Juuni, excellent sushi best I have ever had! Food came beautifully boxed as well as presented! Everything was extremely fresh with delicious toppings no soy sauce needed!

I want to stress that i was very patient and polite. For a nearly empty restaurant be late with an order was so strange . When I walked in, they said the order was late, but it seemed like they were surprised. Then they asked me to wait outside on their patio but its below 40 degrees. So i stay at door for the heat. Funny enough , while I wait, a table is arguing about their bill with the manager, and another woman who was dining outside had to chase down the waiter to close out their bill. Then the manager says they dont allow people to stand at the doorway and seat me at the "bar." And then the food. Each piece was pale and soaked in soy sauce - which means that the fish was not fresh at all. The whole box is swimming in some kind of sauce. The rice is mushy and falls apart on the nigiri. 2 out of the 12 pieces were inedible. Such a waste of $114. Go to a real sushi restaurant on the uws like sushi yasaka or sushi kaito instead.

Quality of the sushi is great, but the wait time is absurd! I had this order reassigned to two different delivery people because it took so long for the food to be prepared. On the app it estimated an hour for the food to be delivered but it took over an hour for the food to just be ready for pick-up. Even though the food is good, the wait time means I'll likely not reorder from this place.
